The ACL match between Beijing FC and Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors FC was the clash between the current table leaders of Chinese Super League and K-League. The game was also the fourth game of the home side during the past ten days. Beijing FC conceded a goal in the first half; despite the effort of our lads, they were unable to equalise in the second half. The game finished 0-1 as Beijing FC lost their first ACL home game – as well as their first home game – of the season. Beijing FC will play the last ACL group match on 21 May away against the Japanese side Urawa Red Diamonds to secure a spot for the knockout stage.
